Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available at State Farm Arena. For additional information regarding the availability of accessible seating please call the State Farm Arena Box Office at (956) 843-6688.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

If an event is cancelled, refunds will be issued at the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In most cases, refunds will also be available up until the new date..

Inclement Weather

All shows at State Farm Arena are “rain or shine” events. Only in extreme inclement weather are shows cancelled or postponed. In these situations you can visit this website or listen to the local media for any updates.

Tickets for Children

Discounted ticket prices for kids are sometimes available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act.

Credit Card Verification Policy

For safety and security reasons, tickets purchased by credit card may only be purchased by the actual credit card holder. State Farm Arena and it’s official ticket outlets use a credit card verification system that will only allow tickets to be printed and mailed to persons whose name, address, and phone number match that supplied by the actual credit card’s issuing bank.

Lost/Stolen Tickets & Tickets Not Received In Mail

If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail, you should immediately contact the original point of purchase to inform them of the loss. Lost tickets are similar to lost cash, and lost seat passes will not be issued unless ownership of a seat location can be verified 100%. Issuance of a lost ticket pass is not guaranteed. If a ticket purchase can be confirmed, the box office will replace the ticket with a pass that will only be available at will-call on the day of the event to the original purchaser.

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.

Ticket Mailing Process

Tickets purchased over the phone can be mailed directly to the purchaser if there is sufficient time before the event for the tickets to safely travel through the postal system. As a general rule, tickets purchased within 10 days of an event are left at the State Farm Arena Box Office will-call window for pick up night of the event. Tickets purchased more than 10 days prior to the event can be mailed via standard U.S. Postal System delivery to the credit card holder’s billing address. Please allow at least 7-10 days for delivery.

For tickets not received in the mail after the standard delivery time, please contact your point of purchase location. Lost ticket passes may be issued for tickets not received in the mail.

Thermal Tickets

As a security measure, tickets printed for State Farm Arena events are printed on thermal paper. The writing on the face of the tickets is burned onto the ticket surface rather than printed. Tickets stored in cars, especially in glove boxes or on dashboards, or in other places of extreme heat, may turn completely black and become unreadable. This can happen even if they are in an envelope. Should this occur the State Farm Arena Box Office may not be able to issue lost ticket passes if the original seats cannot be determined. Tickets should be returned to the point of purchase to determine if they can be replaced.

Will-Call Tickets/VIP Passes

Tickets purchased less than 10 days prior to an event or tickets left by someone will be available for pick up at the will-call window at the State Farm Arena Box Office.

  • A picture ID and confirmation number or credit card used to purchase the tickets are required to pick up tickets.
  • Will-Call tickets purchased through Ticketmaster by phone or internet are available for pick up immediately after purchase up until day of show 2 hours after event start time at the designated will-call window.
  • Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the box office approximately one hour before the event start time. Unfortunately, the State Farm Arena Box Office personnel have no way of knowing who is to receive tour personnel tickets until they are delivered to the box office.
  • Patrons may also leave tickets at the will-call window; however State Farm Arena cannot and will not accept responsibility for unclaimed tickets.
  • Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope.

Backstage Passes

Backstage passes can never be purchased. These passes are supplied by touring personnel only. Backstage passes are very limited and usually only provided by radio stations, fan clubs, or artist management. Many radio stations hold contests to win the backstage passes to meet your favorite star. Also, several artists take time after each show they perform to meet the members of their fan clubs. State Farm Arena personnel cannot give or sell backstage passes to patrons or give out tour personnel information.
