2024 Holiday Hoopsgiving Men’s College Basketball Event Set for Saturday, December 14th at State Farm Arena in Atlanta

Top Programs Including Arizona State, Auburn, Grand Canyon, Georgia, Florida and Ohio State to Compete in Neutral-Site Showcase.

A single ticket provides entry to all three games. Re-entry into the venue is not allowed.

ATLANTA, GA – August 5, 2024 – The highly anticipated Holiday Hoopsgiving is back for its 2024 edition, bringing a star-studded lineup of men’s college basketball to the award-winning State Farm Arena in Atlanta on Saturday, December 14th. This year’s event will feature marquee matchups between some of the nation’s top programs, including Auburn vs. Ohio State, Florida vs. Arizona State, and Georgia vs. Grand Canyon. All games will be televised live on ESPN Networks, making this a must-watch event for basketball fans across the country.

The Holiday Hoopsgiving has quickly become one of the premier neutral-site events in college basketball, showcasing elite talent and providing a platform for teams to compete on a national stage. With a lineup that includes powerhouse programs from the SEC, Big Ten, Big 12, and the WAC, this year’s event promises to deliver high-intensity matchups and unforgettable moments.

Matchups:

1:00 PM | ESPN2 | Ohio State vs. Auburn
Two storied programs clash in a showdown that is sure to be one of the highlights of the college basketball season.
3:30 PM | SECN | Arizona State vs. Florida
The Gators and Sun Devils bring their high-octane play to the court, promising an exciting and fast-paced battle.
6:00 PM | SECN | Grand Canyon vs. Georgia
The Bulldogs take on a rising Grand Canyon team in a game that will showcase emerging talent and determined competition.

Bag Policy

Bag Size Requirement:

14" x 14" x 6" or smaller
All bags are subject to screening
State Farm Arena does not enforce a clear bag policy

Approved Bags:

Single-compartment drawstring bags, purses, or fashion backpacks that are smaller than 14" x 14" x 6".
Medical bags and diaper bags accompanying a child are exempt from the size requirement policy but are subject to search. Parents may bring in plastic bottles of formula or milk inside the arena.
Approved media members may bring backpacks, provided that they undergo screening at the Media Entrance.
Strollers are welcome inside the arena, but must be checked inside Gate 1 at the Guest Service Center (view arena map).

Prohibited Bags:

All bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6". This includes briefcases, purses, and luggage.
Backpacks and hard-sided bags of any size. Approved media members may bring backpacks, provided that they undergo screening at the Media Entrance.

Bag Valet:

For a fee, guests with non-complying bags can check their bag or item at the Bag Valet tent by Gate 2, located off of Centennial Olympic Park Dr.
Bag valet is available two hours prior to the event start time through one hour after the conclusion of the event. Items must be retrieved the same day.

Lost Bag:
