COVER THE CODE
State Farm Arena encourages all of its patrons to cover the unique bar code on their tickets when taking photos. All tickets have a one-of-a-kind bar code that can be stolen and used by another person. Your tickets should be protected as any other important document containing personal information. For guests with special needs, Guest Services Representatives are available to help guests to their seats and assist with other needs throughout the event. Guests can contact Guest Services prior to an event to arrange for assistance at 404-878-3000.
During an event, guests can ask the closest State Farm Arena team member for assistance.
Accessible Parking
State Farm Arena offers accessible parking in all of our parking decks. Spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. State Farm Arena operated lots include the Ruby Lot, Diamond Deck, Sapphire Deck, and State Farm Drive. For additional information, please visit our Parking & Transportation page.
Accessible Seating
State Farm Arena has many accessible seating options available in all price ranges. Guests in need of accessible seats may purchase tickets online through Ticketmaster. Tickets may also be purchased at the State Farm Arena Box Office on event day next to Gate 2 off of Centennial Olympic Park Dr. The Box Office will open one hour prior to doors on that day's event. Guests who purchased non-accessible seats and need accessible seats can exchange the tickets at the State Farm Arena Box Office on event day, subject to availability.
Companion seats are available with the purchase of an accessible seat, within the public ticket limit set by the artist/event.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices are provided free of charge at the Guest Service Center located inside of Gate 1. A driver’s license or credit card will be held as a security deposit.
Interpreters
State Farm Arena will make every effort to provide sign interpreters to guests with hearing disabilities upon request. Please contact State Farm Arena 30 days in advance to arrange this service at 404-878-3000. All services must be approved by the artist / show.
Ticketmaster is the official ticket vendor of the Atlanta Hawks & State Farm Arena. The information below pertains only to tickets purchased through Ticketmaster or at the State Farm Arena Box Office. If you did not purchase your tickets through Ticketmaster, please contact the point of purchase for information on refunds.
All Ticketmaster ticket sales are final. Event Organizers determine refund guidelines and are only allowed in limited circumstances.
Further information is below based on the circumstances of your event, however, if your event is rescheduled, postponed, or rescheduled, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster with more information specific to your event.
- Event Postponed or Rescheduled (Ticketmaster Only):
If the Event Organizer has approved refunds, you’ll see a Request Refund button in your Ticketmaster account. After you’ve submitted your refund request, it will be processed to the original method of payment used when you purchased your tickets. It should appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
The options to transfer or sell your tickets may be available. When they’re offered, you’ll see a Transfer Tickets or Sell Tickets button on your order.
- Event Canceled (Ticketmaster Only):
No action is required. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear in your account within 14-21 business days.
In the future, when purchasing tickets via Ticketmaster.com, you may want to elect to buy ticket insurance which offers refunds for covered reasons. Read more about it in Ticketmaster’s Ticket Insurance FAQ.

Access Chase Preferred Seating at State Farm Arena exclusively available for
Chase cardholders via Ticketmaster.com.
Valid on Chase Preferred Seating on Ticketmaster.com only. A valid Chase debit or credit card is required for purchase. Cllck Buy Tickets to see full terms. Deposit & credit card producs are provided by JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. Member FDIC.
Children under the age of two years old do not need a ticket to enter if they sit in parent/guardian's lap. Any guest 2+ will require a ticket.
Diaper Bags accompanying a child are permitted but are subject to search. Parents may bring in plastic bottles of formula or milk inside the stadium.
Strollers are welcome inside State Farm Arena, but strollers must be checked inside Gate 1 at the Guest Service Center.
Lost and stolen tickets are only able to be replaced at the Box Office and if the tickets were purchased directly from Ticketmaster.com. The purchaser on record must bring the credit card used for purchase and a valid, matching photo ID in order to have the tickets replaced.
